G3D is a company specialized in the visualization of real estate and infrastructure projects. We always strive for the highest quality for the most affordable price. We create a team of several specialists who can deliver your project as quickly and as efficient possibly within the deadline set by you.
We have been working for several years with both internal and foreign companies and have delivered several projects across Europe.
What makes us different
Our offer is unique because we always operate within three categories. These differ in detail, complexity and photo realism of the pictures or the length and details of the animation. Our prices are always presented at the beginning of a project so you will not have unpleasant surprises once the project is delivered. We do not charge by the hour and always discuss all aspects and stages of a project within the client's budget before we start on a project. This provides us with a clear agreement between both parties so that at a later stage no more confusion should arise between our company and the contractor.
One of the most important things that differentiates us from the rest is that the customer can always contact us with any questions at any time during the project and that we strive to answer or solve any problems or questions you have, as quickly as possible, by putting you directly in contact with someone working on the relevant project.
Market
Our target group consists primarily of architects, engineering firms and construction companies. Also, designers and interior designers come to us for concept visualization. This allows their customers to make adjustments before the final product is manufactured which saves them additional costs.
For architects and interior designers we develop visualizations so that they can start selling their projects to investors and clients before the construction actually begins. This way their prospects can have a clear idea of what they are buying and our clients can have a return on their investment without having to complete the project first.
Packages
We always offer 3 packages but there is always room to negotiate. If you want something special for your projects or your product visualization we can discuss together and negotiate the prices and time-frames and we always come up with a solution that matches the clients wishes.
Delivery and price
Delivery times vary by package or bespoke project. Delivery times are always discussed in advance with the customer and we can even deliver your projects at an additional cost within a shorter time than the delivery schedule we normally apprehend.

Package 1 consists of pictures rendered with low details and digital scale models of buildings. These are simple in design and are textured with basic textures.
Package 2 consists of moving images or animation with moving cameras with medium details and moving digital scale models of buildings and infrastructure.
Package 3 consists of heavily animated and detailed buildings and infrastructure , moving animated people and cars , day and night cycles or shadow cast on surroundings and buildings if needed . This package gives the customers the most detailed view of the project they are investing in by presenting them with photo-realistic animations and images of the project.
We also have the in house capability to make a custom animation or rendering depending on the demands you have, and deliver a whole digital package for your project including a customized website with a built in content management system.
These packages can even consist of virtual walk-troughs for you website where you clients can actually walk through the digital representation of the relevant project as if they were walking through their new home or office building in real time.
All packages can be delivered with background sounds and music custom made for the relevant project. We work with musicians and sound designers who can deliver any kind of music or sound so we can easily implement all your project needs to impress your future investors.
